Motherhood, Transformation, and the Path to Self-Realization
Wednesday, October 11
12:00 to 1:30 p.m. ET
There are few life experiences that more radically alter our lives, our relationships, and our sense of self more than Motherhood, so it’s no surprise that many mothers find themselves feeling lost, ungrounded, and even afraid as they attempt to navigate the profound changes that can accompany this experience.
This workshop will provide you with the essential wisdom, tools, and support you need to navigate the changes Motherhood brings to your life with less fear and anxiety, and more trust and ease.
You will discover:
– How change and transformation are the essence of life and the deeper purpose of the Motherhood experience
– Why navigating change is especially difficult in contemporary times and how we can get out of our own way by resisting less and allowing more
– The spiritual logic behind the challenges we experience in the midst of transformation, and how allowing this process to unfold can be a means to self-realization, expansion, and empowerment
– The critical role grief plays in helping us let go of what we’re still holding onto, so that we can confidently step forward into the new
This workshop will also include a guided ritual that will give you the time and space to process and release any changes you might be experiencing, connect with mothers who walked this path before you, and ease you toward renewal.
Mothers of all ages and at all stages of the postpartum journey are welcome, as are those who are preparing for Motherhood as a future possibility, or anyone otherwise interested in the transformational potential of the Motherhood experience. Note that the wisdom and tools offered in this course can be used to navigate any changes your life may bring.

Mothering with Courage
Wednesday, October 25
12:00 to 1:30 p.m. ET
What moms often forget, or perhaps don’t even realize, is that at the end of the day they have the answers within. Mothering with Courage provides the tools to help mothers tap into their own knowing. With courage, a mom learns to remain open-hearted, to become self-reflective, and to choose to rise above the ups and downs of motherhood and see her children and herself in a different light. A courageous perspective will enable her to consciously choose what works best for herself and her children. It is only with courage that she can focus on and reflect on her own way of being as a mom, and then let go of what no longer serves her and her family. As a result, the courageous mom feels more confident in her decisions, learns to adjust when necessary, and enjoys her journey as a mom.Bonnie will share some of her experience with you and address some of the big questions we all have about motherhood.
