Andréa Bendewald is an actress, mindfulness coach, Council Carrier, and the founder of The Art of Circling: A group mindfulness program that uses ancient ritual in a modern setting to empower individuals, strengthen communities and enhance productivity.   Through sacred sharing of stories, intentional listening and interconnected meditation, The Art of Circling empowers, heals, and transforms lives.

Andréa Bendewald leads transformational women’s circles all over Los Angeles and virtually with women from around the world. From Private Celebration Circles to Council in Schools, Women’s Circles, Co-ed Full Moon Circles at the Den Meditation, Andrea intuitively guides any group to a deeper experience of community, and connection to their inner, and collective wisdom.
