As the tectonic plates of consciousness shift beneath our feet in a time of climate chaos, societal division, misogyny, and social and political upheaval, we search for solid ground on which to stand. In order to do so, we must first face the full reality of our predicament and open to the spiritual initiation and planetary rite of passage that is in process. This enables us to embrace and resist emotional toxicity and live resiliently. In this Friday evening seminar, Andrew Harvey will guide us in meeting and developing our inner spiritual warrior so that we might recognize the full reality of the change before us and its implications for our lives and our relationships. Andrew will support us in reconnecting with ourselves, with each other and with Earth—reconnections which allow us to move beyond our illusions and respond courageously as sacred activists.

What is joy and how is it different from happiness? What are the enemies of inner joy in our time and how do we respond to them? How do the personal and collective shadows obscure joy’s radiance in our lives? In this Saturday gathering, Andrew will guide us as we explore these questions and examine the deeper meaning of joy, as well as acknowledge the lives of notable role models who carried joy alongside profound suffering. Andrew assert that joy is the ultimate nature of reality. How can this be true, especially with so much polarization all around us?

We will learn together how to cultivate joy in our lives and in our communities, commit to shadow healing, and experience the myriad flames of joy that long to warm and illumine our lives. Andrew will conclude with offering specific guidance for engaging in the dynamic Sacred Activism that the current predicament requires.
